I can’t get over my trust issues with my baby’s daddy

I love my boyfriend so much but during the past there have been trust issues and I can't seem to get over them. Girls have come up to me saying that he has cheated and there have been things that I have found that proves that he might have had. But now we have a baby together so I decided to keep things in the past. But for some reason I think that he still might be lying to me. I hurt his feelings that he even cried and that makes me think that I messed up and I shouldn't be acting like this no more. Please help me I need advice.

This is a tough one. There's so much at stake because the two of you love each other and have a baby together now. So it's understandable that you want to do whatever you can to make this thing work. But trust is perhaps the single most important foundational element of any relationship.

And when it comes to trust, the two of you have a long road ahead of you. You've got reason to believe he lied and cheated on you, so that's going to make you display feelings of hurt and betrayal in different ways if you don't deal with the issue head-on.

Get into couples therapy ASAP, or else you'll just end up reacting out of anger and then feeling guilty for it. If your guy isn't man enough to go to therapy with you and talk through your issues, then you have to seriously reconsider whether or not he's a keeper. You don't have to stay together just because you have a baby -- it has to be right for both of you.

well if he really loves you the way you love him then he doesn’t have to repeat the same mistake but sometimes they say men cry to cover their guilt they can be a big baby 2 sometimes if things come to quick or perhaps his emotions are soft so take it easy on him but yeah once a cheater is always a cheater so let him know how you feel and you both can reason it out
