Christina’s Getting Remarried
What do you think?
On Valentine’s Day, everyone’s favorite blonde, Christina Applegate, quietly got engaged to long-term boyfriend/Porno for Pyros bassist Martyn LeNoble. (Doesn’t his name make him sound like he should be one of The Three Musketeers? Or a vampire? Or something? Gotta love the Dutch.) It’s not surprising that Applegate would keep the happy news pretty quiet; not only does she loathe the prying paparazzi, but the 2005 demise of her marriage to Johnathon Schaech was pretty public. Since we absolutely love La Applegate (and, weird names aside, we’re willing to give LeNoble the benefit of the doubt), Moonit’s rooting for this relationship to be a winner.
See who else got engaged on Valentine’s Day.
According to their birth date analysis, it’s quite the “you complete me” situation–minus the cheese factor. Christina (born on November 25, 1971) and Martyn (born on April 14, 1969) are, “totally synced up on physical, emotional and social levels.” And to sweeten the pot, “their couple-ness actually attracts good fortune and big paydays.” That could very well be the case for the award-winning actress; she’ll be hitting the big screen again soon in Going the Distance, a summer rom-com also featuring Drew Barrymore and Justin Long.
Moonit warns the couple that, “this kind of mutual awesomeness may be a first for you both, so don’t get weirded out when even your friends and family are rooting for you…make this thing legal.” Their readout asserts that, “if the mutual bank accounts and thumbs up from loved ones aren’t enough visible proof of compatibility, take it from us: these two legitimately make each other better people.” That makes sense, considering Christina has publicly credited Martyn for giving her the strength to win her 2008 battle against breast cancer.

Next on tap for Christina? The actress has said, “Babies… not lots of babies, but a couple.” *dreamy sigh* Who says you can’t have it all?
